Why Yahoo not diving much traffic even its ranked well

Post by shakir »

In Google my targeted keywords in 10-30 position in SERP gives at least around 100 Clicks. But yahoo m in some keywords 8vothers 20-30 .. but unfortunately not even single click from Yahoo...

Why its.. ? if m in first 5 position get some traffic.. m doubted?

I totally agree with you.

May be no one search there for your keywords.

All search engines are important and also all one have some drawback.

Its your hard luck that you are facing problem due to a drawback of yahoo.

I think yahoo has not more traffics like google it can be also a reason but main and suitable factor is as above.

Thanks
Alex :)

I agree with these people above.
It absolutely has something to do with the keywords you used.

I also agree with everyone here in the forum. For me, Google is the best.

Getting on top of the SEs but not just in Yahoo doesn't mean that you will automatically get a good amount of traffic. Have you done some keyword research? If not, then your rankings is useless.

It also depend on which countries that you target for your visitors. US people mostly use Google.

Well its just because people don't like to search in yahoo, they just google to search some thing on internet as we do, so if people are not searching those keywords then how come you can get traffic from those keywords ???

Yahoo and Google have different algorithms. You're not ranking well in Yahoo most probably because the onpage factors of your site aren't good.
