Greetings everyone! I keep searching for forums with the "dofollow" tag and the resources are scarce. I see lists of 200+ forums but they are either dead or became "nofollow" since being posted. My question is: if so many forums these days are nofollow, is google bot still counting backlinks from the very few that are still "dofollow"?

Well i think it is most important factor to rank better. It helps increase your domain authority which in turns help you better rank. If you are making links on a page specifically then you can beat pages with domain ratings better than your if you have backlinks with higher domain authority
