Images are important to us CG artists, it sure does help a lot. A friend got a lot of orders because of this.

I am having a hard time comprehending what your trying to say? did you mean you get a lot of visitors and they order images?

Anyway, good images can really attract searchers but be sure to put on some valuable information/content about it..

having lots of images mean lots of bandwith!

when i create site for my client, i use low quality images for display, and fine ones are only for download

I think if he is selling images or photos on his website then it might be helpul for him. Because people also search for images in google, yahoo and msn. then buy them

My disk space usage have reach 69.73 mb apparently because of these images, is this bad?

Anyway my only point for this topic is how to include my images to yahoo and google searches.

Any helpful hints? enhanced robots.txt perhaps?

Sometimes, and for some really rare and exclusive items an products, the images might be helpful as people search the image search engines for the products pictures and then they find your site containing them, but generally they might not bring real clients and visitors.

...but it does bring in visitors. I found a brilliant idea from another site re: "optimize for google image search image"

I also do believe that the magic of image searches as a source of traffic can only be found in Google

Sign in for google account and add your site. There will be one option in which you can opt in or out for images to be added in google search.
