Bing's search results aren't stable. I think it's still in the process of updating and polishing its database.

Log into Bing Merchant
Select 'Tools' and choose 'Bing Merchant Center'
If you haven't created your Bing store yet, select 'Create Store' and enter your store information.
Select the 'FTP Settings' tab.
Go to 'Catalog Management' in Bing and 'Create a Catalog'
Under 'Catalog info' select 'Enable publishing

You should pick categories from catalog in the Bing Merchant Center, then enable publishing. That's quite simple, let me know if any help needed
