my website is on 3rd position in bing and in 5th position in google.... if you do directory submission in quality website....your keyword will come to ranking... this is the way.

Are you getting visitors from Google? If yes, then you may forget about Bing...if no, then try to think how can you get them from Google. So in both case you don't need to panic for Bing!
