No one really knows the answer to this but if you continue to do what you have been for other Search engines then you'll be just fine.

Looking at their webmaster guideline, they are not far from Google's guideline, Bing got some tools like Crawl Issue tool that you can see how your site perform..

Most of search engines using if not 100%, almost the same factor to rank websites for their targeted keyword, especially backlinks.

Well...Bing is different than Google and Yahoo Optimization, If you want to get good ranking in bing then you should have to get backlinks from reputed site. Try to do comment on Authority sites. If you want to get good keyword position than i am suggesting you to join Bing community. Give best answers and put your keyword there...It is really beneficial for Bing Optimization.

I noticed that Bing and Yahoo nowadays sharing similar ranking position, but not 100%.
