Website changes and Google

Post by viradian »

This is a question for Vistadivine...I just removed a couple of pages from my site and changed the content of a few others. Will google have a problem with this? Will they do something wierd like drop all of my pages?

Since some of the pages I removed are still in the Google, Yahoo and MSN index, I was worried that the resulting error from someone clicking on those links would cause a problem. But I'm glad that nothing will happen.

I assume that once the spiders crawl my site again, they will discover the pages are missing and new ones have taken their places and will update the index accordingly....

How would I go about finding free directories to submit to? Should I just type "free directory submission" into the search engine search bars?

It was y understanding that Google will actually like it if you update your site from time to time.

No effect will be observed. But it would be always good to have good BLs from quality relevant sites.
