What's the difference between pay-for-placement (PFP) and pay-for-inclusion (PFI)?

Actually, they can be different depending on the place. Pay for inclusion just means that they will put your listing in their results. Pay for placement can be you pay more to get higher on the results for a given keyword. This is not the case with every engine though, some use the these terms to mean the same. I know I have seen them used a few times on the same site telling you that you can pay to be included, then pay to place higher.
