I would suggest you to check the KEI of these keywords and choose the one which has less KEI. It is the keyword effective Index. It is calculated by dividing no. of times a keyword is searched up on number of results.
I didn’t ask the question, but thanks for the great tips. I have just been performing searches on Wordtracker’s free tool and mixing it up between a few popular keywords and less popular ones. I love this forum; I am learning so much!

Use the Google keyword suggestion tool to know which keywords have good search volume. "Asian Food" is a way too competitive keyword. You'll have a hard time optimizing your site using that keyword.
