You were saying that you can put their website on the first page of google but your website only has PR 0, I guess its better to start with your website first and show a bit of professionalism before you start looking for clients..

this was just my suggestion because you will look like a clown with that kind of website.

PR has next to nothing to do with SERPS but it is true that you need a ton of backlinks that would at least amount to a couple of PR points.
