The font is too big and I have to scroll it all the way down just to see the whole article. I guess you could shorten up and categorize other part of the article to the different pages. the font color and font style doesn't look formal as well.

Font is too big and background is not good. You have to work on color of background and font.

I made quite a few changes. Its amazing when you let others take an unbiased look.

I think it would look a lot nicer and be easier to read all of the content if you added some more styling to the copy. Maybe add another font color or use colored boxes and backgrounds... It's a very long list of black and white, try to make it more appealing and organized.
