Hi all, I'm new to all this website building, listing, keywords, ceo and other things i've read on here so far, and if I'm honest know nothing about it all.
I would appreciate it, if somebody could look at my site www.uaskwedo.co.uk and advise as to where to go to submit, link and so on, and also what you think of my site and where I'm going wrong with anything.
Thanks Dave.

Get rid of the frames first of all! Bad news for search engines.
There are ways to optimize a site with frames, but it is difficult and the percentage of time it works is pretty low compared to sites without frames. Your better off with HTML pages or alternative like .htm, .php etc.
Try to use as little Java Scripting and other multimedia or dynamic components as possible (keep flash to a min).
Use plain text links wherever possible with keyword rich anchor text instead of the JS links alone.
Add ALT attributes to your images.
Rearrange your meta tags so that the Title is first after HEAD followed by description, then keywords, author and robots tags.
Change the author tag to uaskwedo.co.uk
Change robots tag to CONTENT="index, follow"
Remove all caps words from your description and keywords tags or change them to lowercase unless its a proper noun.
Your description could sound more like this "UaskWeDo lifestyle management in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire helps you to mange all your most time consuming jobs or household tasks leaving you more time to enjoy life."
Make sure all pages link back to your homepage via hypertext link.
Implement a site map.
Start building links from other related sites to yours.
Start with that and come back if you have specific questions or are ready to move to the next set of things like link building and getting crawled regularly by Google, Yahoo, MSN and Ask.

Take your time and research everything before you actually do the work, that way you only have to implement things once.
