How do Spiders "see" php and Server Side includes

Say I have a web page that calls a php include that reads in RSS feeds from another external source and displays it on my web page.

Does the search engine spider "see" and index the page that is dynamically created, or does it "see" what is actually in the code on your page..

Hopefully that question makes sense?
