Submit All pages or Just main page?

Most major search engines will follow the links on your main page and eventually index everything. However, if you submit manually, you may speed up the proccessing time as the spiders might come visit you faster.

First there is no need to submit your site to search engine but if you want you just submit the home page.

You don't need to submit any of your pages. Just get inbound links to your site and SE's will find it. Make sure your pages are linked together well so they can find them all. As site map is best for this.
