SEO Tool to see ALT tag in Firefox

Is there any tools of Mozilla Firefox by the help of which I can see the alt text,...etc of a site Please help me out.... :?

Ya that I know but I was asking for some tools by the help of which i can view the alt text ect of a site directly, without getting into view source.
