I know.....in such a short period Facebook is taking over everything. I can't believe it overtook yahoo.

Facebook recently launches its search features. I guess many users would stick to use facebook

It's not surprising at all. I myself have been hooked on Facebook's applications. I rarely visit Yahoo.

Facebook is addicting. I devote most of my time using FB rather than checking emails at home.

Facebook is a great marketing tool. Facebook has a high PageRank and is usually on top of SERP listings.

If you have a Facebook page relevant to a search keyword then it will also be on the top pages of SERPs.

Facebook it is a social networking website where people could register themselves and get to interact or communicate with other similarly registered people from all over the world – mostly friends – in a virtual community environment. The website also serves as a common platform for forums and discussions – under the umbrella of different communities - on various topics under the sun. A major share of its users are still youngsters, but the Facebook mania is fast catching up with elders as well, especially parents whose sons/daughters may be staying away for work/study from them.

Facebook's applications are great. Maybe they are too great because I always end up going back to make sure my crops haven't withered on Farmville.

even though facebook links are no follow, its benefit when it comes to traffic actually depends in your network. The larger you network the better.
