The cost of operating that many domains greatly reduces the profit margin. Because of that the total price is a bit high.

A few questions before I put a bid in.

1. How much are the domain name renewals and when are they due? Also how much is bulk transfer to another company?

2. Now the domains are parked with sedo, how much are they generating per day? average 30 days will do

3. The value you gave for the domains revenue per day was that pre sedo or post sedo for revenue?

4. Are any of the domains banned by google (greyed out), or with yahoo.

5. What is your exact CTR (click through rate), anything above 5% i will have caution before I make an offer, 10-20% looks a little suspect.

6. This is your first post to the forum, what will stop you taking my money and then vanishing. Provide some domain names to look at, and then the offer will be serious, also if using sedo I will be happy to pay through their escrow service at my cost.
