MSN optimization

I am looking to establish a strong web presence. I want to rank high on MSN. I understand how Google works. My site ranks high on Google. However, I am not sure about MSN. I don’t know how to optimize my site to rank high on MSN. Can someone tell me about it? Is the process more or less the same? I need to know about this urgently. I can’t afford to spend too much of my time and money. I need your inputs, tips and insights. Please share your experiences with me.

I usually get 5th position on BING, for the same keyword google drops me down far away. You can say it is easier to get shown on bing, as google dance all the time, but the rules are basicly the same - get backlincked from the sites that are top in bing and you will get there.

It is not a tough task, atleast as compare to Google, but what you really need to do is to make a strategy before starting work on this.
