Hi montux,

You should add Allfeeds.com, as well ( http://publisher.allfeeds.com ) - they have quite a few PPC programs, and they're all keyword-based, so they never serve PSAs. I've been using their services since December 2005, and have had very good results.

Try http://www.click-share.com

I am working with them from 6 mounts and have very good results with very high CPC.

They also provide text and products ads.

yes, i've been working with them, too. no complains, it seems there are good. :)
