Bing indexing

hello
I have submitted my site in Bing last month but still not yet indexed. My site does not exist in Bing.
Waiting.....

Is your site new? Be patient and wait. It takes a while before Bing indexes a site.

I want to know that is Big uses same strategies like Google or uses some other for indexing ? And why it is slow ?

Submitting your url to bing won't guarantee it getting indexed. Work out for backlinks.

Good example in this case might be, check out those sites that are ranking on your prospective keyword, then study those sites and try to get the backlinks they got...

same thing happen to me. Bing loves to crawl those site with meta tags, old domains, keyword rich content and linked with well established websites.
