You can go to the site and read what they are about. It is just a site just like msn but for austrailia. It was a 50:50 venture between an austrailian media company and microsoft!

Thats a good question. I just read that off the web and another resource. They both have shares in it so thats why it makes it 50:50. They look to be getting all the info off of msn so they probably had to get permission from microsoft which in turn asked for half the ownership. This is just a guess on my part
