How old is your site? It takes time before the crawler, MSNBot, finds pages in the net. I suggest you submit your site to Bing. Go to www.bing.com/docs/submit.aspx.

Try to submit your site on bookmarking sites and it will get indexed quickly by different search engine.

MSn is not like otheres .. taking long time to appear and for geting rank need strong and naturel SEO

How old is your site? Since you've already submitted it twice, the only thing you should do is wait. It takes time before MSN robots crawl pages. It's a lot slower than Google.

Just continue to gather quality links and link exchanges, MSN/Bing will take a while for your site to come back on their SERP results. Based from my experience my sites are looping around the top 3 spots of msn now their gone completely. All i did is to continue link building with other SE's like Google and Yahoo then wait for MSN/Bing to index my site again.

MSN/Bing is very slow at indexing sites. I've noticed that some of my company's website pages were indexed last June 22, 2009 w/c is almost a month ago...

and go on building links.
