Google will provide Yahoo with search advertisements through Google’s Ad Sense for Search service (“AFS”), web algorithmic search services through Google’s Web search Service, and image search services. But it’s impossible to discuss search engine market shares without mentioning that since 2009, Yahoo’s search has been powered by Bing

One difference I think was not mentioned:

Google can restrict search results by custom date range.

Way back when I took the Bing Challenge (or whatever it was called back then). I was extremely irked when I could not specify results from a day or week or year ago except for in Bing’s News results. It now seems that Bing allows this time specification on its other results, but Google is still the one with the custom date range option available
