Hi I have submitted my site
http://manaroju.blogspot.com to the submit express. When I serach the MSN with keyword manaroju.blogsopt.com I am getting following text.
We did not find any results for manaroju.blogsopt.com.
When will this site index?

in msn it takes several days before your site will be indexed.

establish your site for years, make good reputations and surely, you'll get good rankings in MSN..

maybe your site or your blog was not yet crawled or indexed by MSN that's
why there are no results...

submit your site with different social bookmarking sites.....

Submit your site to sites that are belonged to MSN like groups or social sites. Also your blog is one of google service.

msn takes good time for index. try submitting each month.
or
take few good links from othr sites.
