I also use Mike's Marketing Tools Ranking Report tool to get the SE rankings of a focus keywords for my website.

Bing gives utmost weight to onpage aspects such as contents and keywords. Authority and domain age also play a big role.

I've given up on Bing... their algorithm is way too complicated.. Result pages of Bing are so way off the results of Google and Yahoo!

Bing's search results aren't stable. I think it's still in the process of updating and polishing its database.
