How to get indexed in BING

Hi All,
I am the editor of an International Journal IJAET.
The aim of IJAET is to promote research among young researchers so that they can develop something that is useful for the society as well as provide them a platform to showcase their research.

I am trying to get the site of journal indexed in bing.

Can anyone have any suggestion or can help me.
