Yahoo Search Submit Pro Worth it?

We are looking at Yahoo SSP and wondering if its the right choice for us. We already have most our pages indexed and basically would be doing this to hopefully to improve rankings by having the feed optimized. I have 2 questions.
1. What happens to our existing organic results once the paid feed links come in. Do they remain in their organic position or do they get removed and replaced with the paid link?
2. Would you guys rather spend $ on Search Submit Pro or just get SEO done on the site with the money saved.
