Yahoo's Keyword Suggestion Tool?

Hello all,
I've been trying to find Yahoo's keywords suggestion tool for all keywords that people search in Yahoo (like the one in google keyword tool), which can also tell me how many searches and competitors. However since inventory.overture.com no longer works, is there any tool which is good enough for such purposes?

Well actually there was a Yahoo keyword suggestion tool after overture. But then last year they choose to shut it down.
