yes yahoo answer is helpful to boost your traffic on the place of your name put desired keyword and give link and whenever you will give the answer your name will go like comment posting.

Posting in Yahoo Answers is a good way to boost site traffic! But SEO-wise, there's no real benefit you can get from it.

Yahoo answer is for traffic purposes. But sometimes, by means of posting your site as resources in your answer can leave as back link also.

A reasonable question may be put up your link is very good, it is important not spam. Is the ability to ask questions of you.
If you can not set well linked, it also brings traffic to you as well.

Yahoo answer is a traffic booster if you know how to use it. not just posting your question or answer in Yahoo answers. You must post your answer in relevant and quality way of posting it. Target as the best answer in every topic question. Then in every answer, you must put your site as your resources so that every viewers of your answers can click your site.

No SEO benefits Trough yahoo answers, you can use it to boost traffic and get potential customers but there is no benefit from their backlinks and if you spam and get caught you will get your site banned from yahoo, no worth the risk

yahoo answer is another great service by yahoo where you can ask anything and answers questions that you know...its also a great place to get friends.

Hmmmn... I don't think that you can get a keyword link in yahoo answers?

Yahoo answer can bring traffic. But the links there are no-follow links which will not help google serp rankings.

Even though Yahoo Answer has nofollow attribute, I think in some ways it helps on link building too, there are some webmasters who justify that they get backlinks from site with nofollow attribute..
