There is not an easy way to tell, without spending some money. Here are some ways:
1) Buy a ranking report software such as Webposition Gold. Set the setting to search for 100 position or more. The more positions you set the longer the software would take to run. There might even be a limit how many positions you can check, so check with venodr before you buy.
2) Submit your site to
Yahoo Sitematchservice. This service not only would index your site every 48 hours, but will also show you a report of all keywords that people found you with and their position. You can order Sitematch from:

3) And the hardest way would be to serach for your keywords manually. It is free, but it will take a lot of time

Try using the free tools on Marketleap.com...they can tell you a lot of useful information including if you're listed on the first 3 pages for any particular keyword in all the search engines...

no way can sarch engines not like you using automated tool. If that were the case your competitors would buy the software and just keep searching your site until your banned.

How could it be? Does it mean any person can check your ranking with automated tool, and your site will be banned? This is probably your guess.
Have a great day,

Checking your site's ranking using automated tools is taking risk of getting banned by Yahoo!
haven't heard about that issue until now...
Maybe the best way to see your site's ranking is to check it manually and use the main target keywords..

I think the best way to find Yahoo ranking is to manually because automated tool or online website don't give accurate results.
