Thanks for sharing this useful information. However, I need to know that how long they (Microsoft support) they take to reply if anyone submits a query through "GET IN TOUCH WITH US" form. Also it shows that the support office is at San Francisco, CA. I need to know whether they have any support center in Redmond, Washington?
