One way, i think you need to register first your site to Site Explorer, there you might see he last crawled date of each page when you search using site: command. I didn't tried it before...

I didn't know that Yahoo has Site Explorer, maybe I'll try that one. But why do you want to view the cached date in the first place?

You can see the crawl date in yahoo, for that you need to register your site in Site Explorer, once logged in, you can view the last crawled date of each page when you search using site: command.

For your own site it is simple. include the date and time on your page not javascript, then once visited by spider look at the cached version and there you go.

Check it on the cached page. Usually it comes at top.

If you click the cache link you'll see the information above it.

Here is the example:

Code: Select all

"You have reached the cached page for http://www.cas1n0.com/
Below is a snapshot of the Web page as it appeared on 1/12/2011. This is the version of the page that was used for ranking your search results. The page may have changed since it was last cached. To see what might have changed (without the highlights), go to the current page.
You searched for: online cas1n0 We have highlighted matching words that appear in the page below."
