On yahoo.com our site(see profile) ranks very well (top 10). But why on localised search engine like yahoo.de is our site ranked about 50?

Yes, if you want to get listed higher on localized search engines, show them your backlinks and content targeting those local markets. IMO.
Have a great day,

As mentioned earlier, you should optimise your localised website the way you do it for your english site. It is less effective in getting backlink from english sites if you want to rank better in yahoo.de. Try getting links from a .de sites instead.

may be the competition on local engine...
you need to build some relevant back links based on .de or hosted site on .de... this would raise your ranking on local engine too...

Maybe you work for global SE but you don't work or maintain your keywords in local rank of your site in Local SE.
