Yahoo Listing and page rank

Hi guys, can any one tell me does yahoo directory submmition (paid) affect on pagerank or not?

Page is a parameter set by the Google, So you can not easily judge which parameter will effect PR OF website. so for PR just create the good backlinks, qualiyt content and well promotion . you will see the PR of website automatically increased... and about directory submission only yahoo it may or may not work in case of PR .

I'd have to agree, you can't buy page rank. It must be earned.

I don't think so because Yahoo is the second largest search engine after Google for getting huge traffic to our site by using online promotional techniques which ultimately helps to improve PR on Yahoo.
