Bing and Google has a clearly explain about the indexing of website in their respective search engine but yahoo says there is yahoo site explorer, submit your site and your webpage will index . But unfortunatelly when you click yahoo site explorer the page will be some smiley.. wtf.. as few year ago they have closed up yahoo site explorer.

You should generate more backlinks... specially by selecting keywords after watching it's yahoo competiton then create backlinks.
