Yahoo free submission - How long does it take

Well you may be in Yahoo in a few days, but where are you.

If your heading is good, then you should come up under that.
ie I have London Markets and type search on London Markets, mine comes up top two, Property In Italy For Sale, mine top 2, same on Spanish Estate Agents. Nothing flash about my sites, and some software say rubbish key words etc, BUT the bottom line is that my top line gets me high in Yahoo.

If you are talking about yahoo search engine indexed, than you just have to start getting backlinks so the spiders finds your website that way. Using the form won't work to get your website indexed.

For dmoz, it can take several weeks.

For Yahoo directory it probably faster...

I think some submission take 3 weeks - 1 month before they approve your site...

but if you submit it with payments within 24-48 hours your site was listed

For submission to directories such as yahoo or the well known dmoz, there is no way guarantee of getting a listing unless your website is really fantastic.

However, the chances of getting listed in yahoo directory is higher if you opt for yahoo paid listing. But still note that even if you paid, you still won't get listed with a partially done, or crappy, purely ads site.

i think it's written on the submission types that you were going to choose before you submit it...

i think the longest time is 3 months and the shortest is 7 days for free submission and 24hrs for paid submission

As i know there is only one way to get listed in the yahoo directory, That is $299 for a single time fee.

Yahoo directory yes it is $299, but he is not talking about Yahoo directory, he is talking about Yahoo Search Engine and that is FREE.
