I have found that Yahoo uses the title of the page more then Google. I can change my position on Yahoo just by changing the title, It does not move up much but I can make it move back a few pages then back up to where is originally was.

Go to http://www.webconfs.com/ and use their backlink checker tool. You can also download SEO Quake for Firefox, this toolbar will give you loads of info on any site. Make sure to disable the toolbar while surfing otherwise it will download info for every site and every search, this can get annoying.

Yahoo gives more backlinks to me than Google

One interesting thing that i have discovered in recent yahoo algo change is that index page of websites having good amount of backlinking still ranks high, but all the internal pages goes missing in SERPS. So does it means that we will need to have some amount of backlinking for each and every page?

Yahoo and and gogle used different algorithm. That is the reason why you have a different results

Absolutely right, Yahoo algorithm are bit complicated as compare to Google. Its not easy to get high ranking in Yahoo as compare to Google

I believe that the yahoo uses different methodology to measure the rank of the webpage. But Google keep on improving its search technology, the reason behind is simple that Google is a Search engine and Yahoo is Directory.
