Selling a premium domain name, help needed

I've got a domain name that I do not need, it is www.tescosoftware.co.uk it is getting an average of 300 hits per day, I would expect it to rise to 4-5,000 when tesco do the national release.

how do I go about getting the best price for it, tescosoftware.com is now launched and I do not need the .co.uk domain.

I've had listed it on ebay, is their a better way to sell it?

I've put some adsense code on it for now to cover hosting etc. With a CTR of just under 2% and average click at around $0.60 is it worth keeping hold of, or should I sell it? advice needed as I don't really want the domain with time contraints on developing it....

Any idea of a value would be appreciated.

Why don't you hold onto it and point it to your .com domain?

I would love to, unfortunatly none of my sites are relevant to the domain name.

Also I would not like to risk upsetting tesco plc. Although they should have bought the domain name if they were to launch the dot com domain within a week of myself purchasing the native .co.uk domain.

I just thought it might be a good domain to sell for developer of software or a price comparison type site for the UK software market, hoping to get a good price, it is not indexed on any search engine yet and all the hits are direct into the address bar.

I guess I will just have to spend a few hours here and there making a nice looking site, and hope the adsense revenue floods in (even $20-$50 a day will do for the moment) if I have little effort to make.
