Link troubles

Help! My webmaster has set up links so that when you do a search on terms contained in our site the results, on google and yahoo, include our linked (search term unrelated) sites with ranking better than ours. I'm told this could take months to mature through..... It has already been 3-4 months. HELP!!!!! ReedOC@hotmail.com

sounds like you need to get a broader base of inbound links so you develop an authoritative status for your keywords.
