Most of the directories are very general in scope and list websites across a wide range of categories, regions and languages. But there are also some niche directories which focus on restricted regions, single languages, or specialist sectors.

I find it hard submitting blogs to some blog directories...some need to register is there some that doesn't require to do that?

Then choose free submission without registration.
Registration to some directories requires time; at least you can monitor your submission by logging in to your account.
