Hi there!

that depends on a few things. Firstly you should decide whether you want to use your own computer or a website. Since you need quite a powerful machine for constant video editing, especially if it's HD, I'd suggest checking out some websites.
If you want to use your computer though, I'd definitely advice you to check out the default software you have - imovie for windows. I've used them it and I can vouch it's great for beginners - it's how I learned.

I have used Canva Video Maker once, the program is not bad, but it is too expensive for me, so I did not use it.

I have not worked with these editors, I can say about the video editor https://www.movavi.com/videoeditor/. I have been using only Movavi software professionally for over a year. Previously, I could not get such colorful and beautiful videos as now.
