It depends on a great amount of factors! Last year i had an average price of about $0,09 per click.

Facebook has different kind of advertising costs principles. Below are the principles.
CPC (Cost-per-click): You only pay when someone clicks on your Facebook Ad.
CPM (Cost-per-mille): You need to pay when Facebook shows your ad 1000 times.
CPA (Cost-per-action): You can track and optimize how much you spend to get someone to take an action.
CPL (Cost-per-click): You can track and optimize how much you spend to get someone to "Like" your Facebook page after clicking your ad.
You can to shift from CPC to CPM, it depends on your impression and click-through-rate.
You can optimize your Facebook Ads using A/B Split Testing.

it is a for china, so its very limited. if you want to target the market of china then you should go for baidu.
