I think if you are a SEO professional then you know very well Google ll never like to disclose any information regarding page rank calculation.This kind of formulas,we know very well and also we know all these formulas are just prediction of Google algorithm to use for calculate a page rank of any website.Because if you think this is a algorithm which Google uses to calculate page rank of any website then share exact values with us.Also put that value for your site and share what ll be your site PR?

I never worked as per the equation to get PR to my sites, I always get niche related backlinks to my sites, that automatically increase my PR. Also, nowadays, PR is not a matter, there is no point of having PR4 and 5-6 visitors per day.
