Is it worth to get a link from a page which has PR 0?

Is it worth exchanging links with a site whose home page is a PR5 but links page PR0?

As far as PR is concerned, PR-0 page won’t fetch you anything. But if the page is very relevant to your site then the link might prove to be valuable for your site. As you said that Homepage has PR-5, so, you can assume that in next update, page may have decent Page Rank. Make sure that they haven't blocked the page using robots.txt, etc. Even database driven pages usually get page rank as long as they are not using sessions.

Just try to get a link from homepage if it has PR 5. If you really want to get a link from the page which has PR 0, you have to check few things. First check whether that page has a static url and also check whether that page is optimized. If that page has those requirements it is worth to get a link because it will gain a PR very soon.

Relevancy matters so if it has a PR 0, then its ok to have reciprocal linking with same PR sites.

I agree with you markov relevance matter and PR0 wont hurt your site.

pr doesnt matter as long as the website has relevant content to your site

Remember, even if the Google PR toolbar show a PR of 0 for a site, it does not mean that it is 0. It will be more than 0 (point something)

It doesn't matter if it is PR0, it is important to know if the site is relevant to our site, it is quality site and have traffic. In the later on, in the PR update, the PR0 will be increase.

Im not linked to any Site with over a 0 Pr I don't Think so could
Be a Long Haul!.
Didnt take that long Either. I had left this for Dead Really and
Hadnt done any work on it as one of my other sites is flying.
So not quite sure what google has seen in it.

Remember a rank of 0 is not zero, but point something
It won't do any harm having links of PR0 linking to your site

If home page has Pr 5 then in next update linking page might have good PR. so if site is relevent to ur site then u can do link exchange.

If the home page has PR5 and the internal page even when it does not have a PR at all, it is really worth taking a link from there. Try it. Don't lose the opportunity that is useful

It's alright to exchange links with a site with zero PR. Just make sure it's relevant to your site. Avoid linking with link farms.
