yeah, if you have very high bounce rate, it will not help you at all

i do not believe in other source of traffic other then organic ones from search engines, social media sites and from other referral sites

and i think that link is an affiliate link of yours, have u tried it personally ?

I prefer manual link building and quality backlinks will do the job well and you will stay in rank for a long time.

i think that site is ok! and makes traffic to the site, you can se different ip adr. for different visit, but question is where that traffic come from?
can it be target traffic from locale?
