What are you doing to market your directory. I see you have no rank and very little visitors. I mean besides putting it on forums, what else are you doing!

Yes, it is a new directory.
My home page of site has a PR2.
The directory should be listed on VileSilencer's next list release, and on some other people's lists of free directories.
Submitting to other directories.

I'm providing a service of a free listing in the directory, and didn't turn on the "nofollow" attribute, so they do actually get a link back.

If they want to get the premium listing for better visibility on the page they can pay the $15, which I believe is reasonably priced - but they still get a good benefit of the free listing.

Im just being blunt here, but good sites will not pay $15 to be in a premium spot on a site with a PR of 2. I get your marketing your site, but if you want to keep it quality, you might want to wait to charge $15.
