Does Alexa work for Blogspot Blogs‎?

I have checked my blogspot blog on alexa.com but it is showing the rank for blogspot.com not for my blog. Can anyone explain about it?

Yes it does. Actually alexa is the most important if you have a blog. You can promote the different sites if you have a good ranking in alexa.

I think Alexa only gives stats to primary domains, not sub-domains. So it won't work for Blogger blogs.

yes it works on blogger also.... i think you should use the URL of the homepage of your blog.... and also there are tools which can help determine your alexa ranking.... you can try to use searchstatus tool for firefox....

I am pretty sure that Alexa changed the algorithm in early summer. Alexa rank of my site has remained the same, but actually get more than 1000 pages per day less.
