Meta keywords only for Bing 's search engine, is this right?

Dear Anybody,
I found out Bing accept Meta keywords but except Bing what is search engine accept this ?

Perhaps true. Since September 2009, Google has officially announced: “Google does not use the keywords meta tag in web ranking“; Yahoo also does not use meta keywords anymore, but in fact they still index meta keywords, however, they are not helpful for your website.

Yes definitely every search engines are having defferent algorithms.
