Hi.....
I have posted 07/27/06 for seo help for my website www.boxyourstuff.com my website has an average ranking in Google. I need to know what factors are necessary to improve the rankings in Google.

To get high ranking in google, concentrate on your keywords. Use targeted keywords in your content. Also try to get more high quality backlinks & update your content regularly. All these points will help you in getting high ranking. To get more knowledge about SEO click here
