Why main page pr4 but rest pr0?

www.hotelprague.org.uk first page PR4 rest is PR0 but is band in google could any body knows why?

hi again,
it bannd first it take all pr then when i ask for it they put back but after one we week they gave pr4 then it took us from google.
is it web page badly done?
